VIN ËD POM Vin ëd Pom is a traditional technique of cofermenting wine with orchard fruits; a love story between the diversity of fruit, geology, geography, and the human hand in our Vermont landscape.

Fleurine is a blend of rosy Frontenac Gris from the Vergennes vineyard on clay and limestone, that lion of a parcel, and cider pressed from 42 different varieties in our orchard and surroundings. Sparkly and fresh, this vision of what our alpine climate can offer, brings to mind snowstorms, candlelight, and the memory of summer flowers.
