A Guild: a community of plants that grow and support each other by recycling nutrients back into the soil, providing shade and conserving water, attracting beneficial insects, repelling pests and diseases, building soil, and preventing erosion.
CREATING A BRIDGE
The philosophy behind our wines is to help redefine what American wine can be: to create a new bridge between intentional farming and wine culture, to grow wines from resilient American vines that reflect the landscape of Vermont, to make homespun bottles that bring people together at the table. We believe that wine is an agricultural creation that can be joyful, serious, and magical.
Our mission is to grow wines that are expressive, complex, and speak of a place at the wild frontier. We use ancient and generative methods to farm and make wine but in a non-traditional region with non-traditional varieties. Through this work, we can expand the geographic limits of wine, we can challenge the definitions of which grapes and which wine regions matter.
The best way to experience our efforts is to join our CSA {community supported agriculture} model: The Forêt Wine Guild.
By joining The Forêt Wine Guild, members support regenerative winemaking in Vermont—handcrafted wines that wouldn’t exist without community backing. Each shipment is a taste of this land’s ecosystem: the alpine orchard and vineayard, the field, the forest.
We offer several levels of membership that bring domaine classics as well as a rotation of special small-batch wines only available through the CSA straight to your door. {Or you can pick-up too!}.

3 BOTTLE CSA
3 different wines per seasonal shipment.

All CSA Members: two complimentary tastings whenever you come to a pop-up at one of our locations.
$120-$160 for each seasonal shipment.
6 BOTTLE CSA
6 bottles of wine per seasonal shipment.
{Depending on the season, shipments may include one or more of a given cuvée.}

$240-$320 for each seasonal shipment.
12 BOTTLE CSA
2 bottles of each wine per seasonal shipment.
***{if the limits of a season call for it, we reserve the right to include 1 bottle of a wine rather than 2, or 3 bottles of a given cuvée, but you will always get 12 bottles.}

At least 2 library offerings in the curation of the 12 bottle CSA.

As a 12 Bottle Member, or a Thirsty Investor, we want to honor your commitment to us, sticking it out through the thick and thin of the vagaries of the growing season. The shipment Holiday into Winter includes 1 complimentary bottle from the domaine as part of your 12 pack as a thank you.

INCLUDED IN ALL MEMBERSHIPS:
1. We curate a unique shipment for you, pulling wines from new releases, special bottlings sold only online and onfarm, and library offerings: still wines, sparkling wines, and cider coferments. You'll have access to many of our small production wines that don't make it off the farm. And when we say small, we mean small. Domaine La Garagista produces only 1000 cases of wine total a year, and we make a lot of different wines {35 labels at last count}.
2. Priority Access to any special ticketed events at one of our locations.
3. Special pricing
3 Bottle Members: 5% discount off wines in each CSA shipment. Customize your CSA shipment by adding additional bottles at the same 5% discounted rate.
6 Bottle Members: 10% discount off wines in each CSA shipment. Customize your CSA shipment by adding additional bottles at the same 10% discounted rate.
12 Bottle Members: 15% discount off wines in each CSA shipment. Customize your CSA shipment by adding additional bottles at the same 15% discounted rate.
4. All CSA Members may add wine to their CSA shipment. In addition to our 3 bottle box size, we also have: 4 bottle, 6 bottle, 9 bottle, and 12 bottle.
THE FINE PRINT:
1. We ask that you commit to subscribing for the year, or the remainder of the year if you sign-up mid-stream so that we may properly manage our inventory. Of course, you can always step out if you need to. You are charged only when each shipment leaves the dock.
2. In your shipment, you will get an assortment, which may include both wine and coferments {wines from our cofermentation family that blend cider and wine, or wine with other fruits.}
3. No substitutions.
4. All discounts are only on the cost of the wine. Discounts do NOT apply to tax and shipping.
5. For Vermont Residents: we currently don’t have in-state shipping available, so your allocation will be pick-up only. We will set a date and let you know when the wines will be available for pick-up. You can email us if you’d like to pick-up at a different time once the shipment has been released.
6. We currently can ship to 37 states:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI, WV, WY.
7. We ship four times a year weather permitting:
- Spring into Summer
- Summer into Autumn
- Holiday into Winter
- Winter into Spring
