A sparkling red wine composed of a blend of white wine and piquette, wine skins steeped deeply like tea. Seeded with maple syrup sugared by Cory Krieg of the Maple Farmers collective, the dosage is drawn from when the spring trees begin to bud. La Templanza signifies balance, patience, and alchemy. A joint project between La garagista,La Montañuela, and Disciple – three winegrowers, three women, three friends. This wine represents our work together striving for harmony and just a little magic.
