vinoteca: We are a small vineyard and cantina here on the edge of the Chateauguay.  We grow primarly La Crescent, Marquette, Riesling, and Blaufrankisch.  You are welcome to come visit our vineyard, cantina, orchard, and gardens by appointment.  We have a small vinotca, or tasting room, in the barn next to the cantina, and in the good summer weather, wines can be tasted on the terrace or in the wine garden.   We have hosted visiting and fellow winegrowers from Italy, France, Austria, Vermont, and California for private wine tastings and farm dinners given for friends and family of our restaurant osteria pane e salute where those of us interested in getting together to share food and wine in a vineyard setting gather to learn something more from friends who are winemakers, importers, vineyardists, or other experts in the world of wine.
